ONESOURCE TECHNOLOGY ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF ICT TECHNICAL SERVICES

(DERBY, KS) – OneSource Technology, a managed IT partner serving businesses in Kansas and Oklahoma, announced today the purchase of ICT Technical Services, LLC, a Wichita-based managed IT provider serving small and mid-sized business clients. The announcement was made today by Paul Bush, principal consultant and founder of OneSource Technology.

Discussions began in early 2016 and an agreement was reached this week between Bush and ICT Technical Services owner John Shamasko, who has decided to pursue other interests. Shamasko founded ICT Technical Services in 2009.

Approximately 25 clients will transition to OneSource Technology, focused in manufacturing and professional services. “Our strength is monthly managed services, and the clients we are acquiring value that high level of IT support.” said Bush. “We saw it as an opportunity to add to our high quality client list.”

Bush and Shamasko have spent this week calling on the newly acquired clients and answering questions. To ensure a seamless transition, any calls or emails to ICT Technical Services will automatically roll over to OneSource Technology technicians.
